The following extra credit opportunity will be collected along with our weekly quiz this week. Please write down the answers to the following questions and bring them to class to turn in with your quiz:

FIVE FAXING FACTS:
1. (5 points) What types of prescriptions CAN be faxed legally?
2. (5 points) What are the rules about faxed prescriptions (must come from where, to where)?
3. (15 points) In the category of drugs that may not be faxed, what are the three special exceptions to the rule?

RULES about this extra credit assignment:
This assignment is designed to help assure that students are familiar with material that has been covered. Because the grades on Quiz 2 were not as high as expected, this assignment also allows the opportunity to bring quiz 2 grades up. In order to gain the extra credit points, students must:
A. Turn the assignment in with their quiz on either March 9th or 12th. No extra credit papers will be accepted late.
B. The maximum grade a student can gain on quiz 2 is 100%.
C. Students should refer to their own materials to find the answers to the extra credit. Students should NOT copy from other student's papers to get the answers.
D. Do NOT post your answer on this forum before the 12th of March. The answers will be posted at that time.

There have been some technical difficulties with getting on the forum. This extra credit will be accepted through March 19th. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
